How Hotels are booked today and at what prices? OTA's danger?

We think that hotels are suffering OTA's impact .

Of course their occupancy 's great, due to excellent price offers, and due to the amount of commissions given to OTA's.

Any Startegy to reverse this situation? What are your plans to avoid the situation, and finally depend totally from OTA's?

Hoteliers all need OTA's to help completing their bookings and full their business.

Sometimes, it doesn't help their business, as OTA's are taking slowly controls of their own properties.

How to say NO, how to limit their impact?

Well, Economical situation isn't so positive all around the world, and people still travelling for eisure, or business, it is a necesssity.

Better to stay 60% full at a very nice and normal rate?, or full 100% at the mowest rate and gain less money.

We think that the best is to maintain your standarts, prices and services. being full has a price, and your property suffers from travellers complaining all the time and paying peanuts.

Think about tomorrow, and maintain your standarts. It will help for your Trade mark, as well as for your loyalty in services.
